Find the Perfect Pumpkins for Fall

Nothing says fall quite like pumpkins!

Whether you’re searching for the perfect pumpkin to carve for Halloween or putting together a festive front porch display, pumpkins are one of the easiest ways to bring the colors and textures of autumn home.

At Breezy Acres, you can shop for pumpkins and seasonal favorites that are perfect for decorating your porch, entryway, garden, or home.

Mix different sizes, shapes, and colors to create a layered fall display, or pair your pumpkins with mums, gourds, and straw bales for the complete autumn look.

Fall decorating tip: Try grouping pumpkins in odd numbers and varying their heights for a display that feels full and natural.

Add Color to Your Home with Fall Mums

As summer flowers begin to fade, fall mums are an easy way to keep beautiful color around your home throughout the season.

Their rich autumn shades make mums a natural choice for porches, patios, walkways, and seasonal displays. Place them in decorative planters or combine them with pumpkins and other fall décor for an instant October refresh.

Mums also make a wonderful seasonal addition when you want a lot of color without completely redesigning your outdoor space.

Decorate with Gourds, Straw Bales & Fall Favorites

A great fall display is all about layers and texture.

Start with straw bales to create different heights, add colorful mums, then fill in your display with pumpkins and decorative gourds. The combination creates a classic harvest-inspired look that works beautifully for porches, front entrances, businesses, and outdoor gathering spaces.

Gourds are especially fun because their different shapes, colors, and textures make every display a little different.

And when Halloween is over, many of these decorations transition perfectly into a Thanksgiving or harvest display.

Enjoy a Fall Favorite: Apple Cider

Few things capture the taste of fall quite like apple cider.

A visit to Breezy Acres during October is the perfect opportunity to enjoy this classic seasonal favorite while taking in everything fall has to offer.

Whether you’re picking out pumpkins, shopping for mums, or simply enjoying an autumn outing, apple cider adds another taste of the season to your Breezy Acres visit.

Pair it with a crisp October day and you have all the ingredients for a classic fall experience.

Sip the Flavors of Fall at Breezy Brew

Fall shopping is even better with a seasonal drink in hand.

While you’re visiting Breezy Acres, stop by Breezy Brew and explore the seasonal flavors available for fall. It’s a cozy addition to an October trip and a great excuse to slow down, explore the garden center, and enjoy the season.

Grab your favorite drink before browsing the pumpkins and mums, or make Breezy Brew part of your next fall outing with family and friends.

Between apple cider and Breezy Brew’s seasonal drinks, there are plenty of ways to sip your way through the flavors of fall.

Build the Ultimate Fall Porch

Not sure where to start? You can create a beautiful fall porch with just a few seasonal essentials:

  • Mums for bold autumn color
  • Pumpkins in different sizes and shapes
  • Gourds for extra color and texture
  • Straw bales to add height and dimension
  • Your favorite lanterns, baskets, or other décor from home

Start with your largest pieces, such as straw bales and big pumpkins, then layer in mums and smaller pumpkins. Finish the display by filling empty spaces with gourds and other decorative accents.

You don’t need a huge space, either. A mum and a small collection of pumpkins can bring plenty of fall personality to even a small porch or entryway.
